I really don’t mean for twitter to take over my journal. I really don’t like the idea of it. But it posts daily and I don’t so that’s what’s happening.
I hope to post daily on my trip. including places I’ve gone in that days time and whatnot. I am feeling ambitious. I hope I can bring a laptop with me. or the eePC.
I think I’ll upload some photos I’ve taken recently… I went to my bff’s camp in Skaneateles New York, on such the overcast cool day. It was basically the only day we all could go seeing she was only in town (from california) for 5 days!
It was fun even though it was a little chilly and windy. Their camp is right on the water. and when I say right on the water, I mean it!

As you can see in every picture, the water is very close! They have a little yard with wood that frames it in and keeps from the water. It was a fun day regardless of the weather. we had a nice lunch and a fire with s’mores. Came home and made the Caribbean jerk chicken we had marinating then went to the mall! We had a busy day.
I realized I’m going to buy American eagles aerie bras when I get back from my trip, if I have left over monies!

Jennifer asked if I’d shoot her wedding, in Virginia in August!!
Talk about effective website, apparently. hahhaha I was flattered. Unfortunetly and fortunetly, I am seeing the band Phish that weekend and I can’t shoot her wedding. Bummer!!

Well Well Well… Today was Rob, Amy and my first day out Geocaching! It was semi-successful. I’m just super pumped we found two! Better than none! We tried finding 5. The two we found have been hidden since 2006. The first one even had signatures on it from 2006. It’s so crazy to know there’s a whole world going on that not many people pay attention to, and just walk right by and have no idea. We had a TON of fun. That’s for sure!

It was nice shooting with Leanna. I learned a bunch. I definitely need a flash. I’m deleting a lot of blurry photos. 1/50 is a good shutter speed for standstill objects not people. ugh. I’m a little upset about how a lot of the images turned out. What can I do. I definitely got a lot of great ones too, which I’m sharing some of them above this text.
I’m a little frustrated but there wasn’t anything I could do to fix that, then. So for my next wedding I’ll have an awesome flash and be a bit more satisfied with the end result. Leanna’s camera battery died and she didn’t have an extra so I let her use my camera for the last hour or so. I sat down and enjoyed myself a bud light. Ha. I told her she needed to invest in an extra battery asap! IT definitely was a learning experience. I need to bring advil with me to these types of things! Loud music and my sensitive head don’t mix well at times!
There was a nice buffet of summery foods. mac salad, sandwich stuff, ziti, salad, fruit bowl with tons of yummy fruit, etc. The cake was tasty, and gorgeous, too, there was a fountain underneath it and some cupcakes on the side.

I went to get my tattoo touched up last night and got the best chocolate milkshake ever. Yep. You said it. The B-Ville Diner. They have the best. Sure, including tip it’s over 5.00 if you just get a milkshake but it’s sooo worth it. It’s an experience. mmmmmmmm
So, I’m basically super pumped about my pal Kyles tattoo shop. He left Halo because he was better than working under someone.
His new shop is amazing. I photographed it for a tattoo in return. It’s pretty sweet how bartering works out!
I want more.
Last night my pal Bre got her first tattoo done. right on her left forearm. balsy. I don’t have the guts to get something big yet. Although when my brother is around from Portugal for a month I want to go with him and get something………! who knows.
Time to count the money in the drawer.
I wish I had dreamweaver installed on this computer. oh and not photoshop CS. I don’t even want to open it.
Weird, Bre’s text message alert just sounded off in the mall, but I don’t see her. It’s not a popular one either. It’s a power rangers midi type alert.
