This is always a sticky situation for clients and I would like to clear it up. All images are copyrighted by Sarah Heppell Photography and are protected by Federal Law.

Basically I am the copyright owner of the photos, and when you work with me, I give you a DVD of your images.  I also give you permission and the license to submit for reproducing these photos at a lab of your choice. This is for personal use only and not for commercial use and/or selling. With this disc, you may manage and use the files to reproduce prints for you and your friends & family for personal use within that group of people. You do not have permission to make copies to sell or for the purpose of commercial use. You are personally responsible for communicating these limitations to any person who you may share with.
