from each school listed below, to be Senior Representatives
for Sarah Heppell Photography!

If you are an out-going and fun individual from the class of 2013,
who doesn’t mind being in front of the camera and can meet the
requirements listed below, please fill out the form below to apply!
Requirements and duties:
• Being a Senior Rep means that you’re a spokesperson for SHP senior sessions. All you have to do is show off your awesome photos to your friends at school! You’ll be supplied with referral cards and with each paid referral you’ll get special bonuses!
• Be available for your session anytime before May 10th to get some great images for your Rep Kit.
• All reps must provide a model release form signed by both rep and parent/guardian allowing SHP to use the images for promotional purposes and any other purpose see fit.
• Use a photo from your session as your Facebook profile picture through the end of the referral program.
• Pass out your referral cards to any seniors you think would be interested & spread the word about Sarah Heppell Photography! Remember, you are our spokesperson!
• Earn bonuses for every paid referral you bring in to SHP!
Bonuses:
• Reps automatically earn 25% off their print purchases.
• 1 referral – half off the senior session fee
• 2 referrals – free senior session
• 3 referrals – free senior session + $15 print credit
• $15 print credit for every referral over 3.
Terms and conditions:
• When your referrals book a paid session and bring in your Rep Card, you will receive the discounts mentioned above.
• Referrals include anyone who books the following sessions: Senior, Newborn, Family Portraits, Lifestyle, Weddings, etc.
• You only receive credit for referrals earned before your full senior session is completed.
• SHP only accepts two reps per high school (One male and one female.)
• Application deadline is March 1st, 2012. See Application HERE
• Chosen Reps will receive a highly discounted mini session ($50) for their Senior Rep Kit
• Rep Kit includes a set of 50 personalized model cards featuring YOU – to give your pals, & a disc of 5 hi-res and 5 web-res images.
• Reps will have an opportunity to earn a free senior session plus other bonuses by promoting SHP.
• Senior Reps session must take place before May 10th 2012.
• Senior Reps must use one of the 5 images received for their Facebook profile image until the end of the referral program.
• In order to take full advantage of the maximum discount, Senior Reps should wait until the end of the referral program to purchase prints.
• Reps will be chosen and contacted in mid March by Sarah Heppell Photography.
• The program is first come, first serve, so act fast if you are interested and submit all information by Friday, 2nd 2012
• Referral program ends August 31st 2012
• Normal Senior Session fee is $200
