    {Weddings} Rebekah & Eric

    Tuesday, September 27th, 2011

    Rebekah and Eric’s wedding was at a CASTLE! Although it was on a city street, it still was at a castle! How awesome :) It was my first time at Greystone Castle, and it was an awesome venue! :) The ladies “getting ready” room was AMAZING! Lots of space for many ladies. a large bathroom, lots of lighting and interesting backdrops (exposed brick and a nice white wall) What I liked a lot was that Rebekah and her bridesmaids did all of the flower arrangements themselves! :) As you can see in the first photo, Rebekah, the bride, is doing her bridesmaids hair, and it looks awesome! :) Their colors were green and orange and although I couldn’t visualize it when she told me, I think it came together quite amazing! :) I never doubt anyone just anticipate the outcomes! Their cake was simply beautiful and tasty! And al though it was raining outside, we managed to get a few of them by the doors of the castle! I think overall it was an awesome day for an awesome couple!

    {Personal} Katie’s Wedding

    Thursday, September 8th, 2011

    So I was asked by a great gal pal of mine to be in her wedding this upcoming November! I was more than happy about it and obviously said yes! We talked a bit and decided that we would have my 2nd shooter and assistant, Jenn, be their main photographer! After all, she’s shot plenty of weddings with me, and I trust her to do a great job :]

    Anyway, I went to David’s Bridal after work today and checked out the dresses and tried on 4 of them. The last dress I tried on was the one! It is strapless, which I’m ok with, but I will be getting straps and I’ll have them put in when I pick it up. I also love the tea length dress style so I’m glad this one worked out well! It’s a pretty black dress so I think I can wear it again! Here’s a photo of the dress! What do you think?

    {Wedding} Jamie & Ray

    Sunday, August 28th, 2011

    Jamie and I met years ago in high school, or maybe even middle school. I helped shoot her sister Jennifer’s wedding last year and Jamie wanted a small wedding this year before her big wedding and reception, next year! Luckily I got to shoot both beautiful sisters special days! Here are Jamie and Ray {and their non stop smiles}
